Miss Ackman was my typing teacher in 1957 at Frankfort High School, Frankfort, KY. She was an outstanding teacher that said "j, k, l, semi" so authoritatively that I learned to type quickly.
I loved her as probably my favorite teacher. She made the world a better place.
We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Although we are never ready to give up a loved one, it is obvious from this writing that she had a wonderful and fulfilling life.
