Ruth Blough Cochran, 97, mother of James M. Call (Sara), passed away Monday morning in the Taylor Manor Nursing Home in Versailles.
Services will be held Friday, December 20th in Peoria, Illinois. Arrangements are under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home.
