I was so sorry to read of Mrs. Cochrans passing. God blessed me by giving me Mrs. Cochran as my kindergarten teacher. What a wonderful woman she was. 51 years ago I was in her class, like many children I had a very difficult time being separated from my mother. Mrs. Cochran would take me by the hand while the tears would run down my cheeks and I was attempting to escape, she would talk softly to me with her comforting words and give me lots of hugs, she made everything ok. After about two weeks maybe 3 life was good and I could not wait to go see her every morning. Mrs. Cochran was a very wonderful teacher, one of my favorites, I have never forgotten her. God bless.
