I went to both High school and college with Larry. I was always so proud of him at Morehead. I reconnected with Larry at our high school reunion. He sure hadn’t changed much; such a good guy. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My condolences to the family who loved him best. May his soul rest in peace.

When we were in the eighth grade, I forced my Mom to buy me a pair of green suede tennis shoes. For months I was the recipient of a lot of snickers. But in my yearbook, Larry wrote, "To a good friend and his green tenny bops." I'll never forget it. Rest well, my friend, and may your family receive God's comfort and peace.

I worked at several companies with Larry through out the last 30 years, originally at Scott Gross company and then the last 12 years at Holston Gases, the thing I will remember most about Larry is that he was always happy, always in a good mood, always enjoyed himself, we became good friends throughout the years, and I looked up to him for his great outlook on life, and what a great sales guy! One of the best “relationship” sellers I’ve ever been around. He will b sorely missed! RIP DEAR FRIEND! G
