I was shocked to hear of Will's passing, I had no idea and don't subscribe to the newspaper, so I missed it completely, I'm oh so sorry. I saw Will last year out eating dinner, got to speak and say hi. I loved working for the man for 5 years, he was a special soul and he will be greatly missed. Trudy and siblings, my condolences, prayers to you and yours.

Mr. Johnson was my mother attorney for many years. When the time came to put legal documents in place as she aged and moved to assisted living facilities, his advice and recommendations and understanding were invaluable. He always took the extra step in assisting my Mom and me. We considered him a friend as well as an attorney.

Thanks to Mr. Johnson I was raised in Frankfort! If it hadn't been for him giving my Dad the Y job I wouldn't have had the opportunity of living in this town and knowing the beauties of it. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Sue in the Attorney Generals Office. They are back together now!! You guys be proud....you had great parents.

Dear Family of Mr. Johnson,
During the two most terrible times of my life, Mr. Johnson took care of me with his legal expertise and his gentle concern and kindness. He stood behind me at the funeral of my father and whispered names of people to me in the receiving line. A few of them I knew, but Mr. Johnson knew them all. He stayed with me during the entire evening. I was able to do what I needed to do that night because he supported me with his presence. During another time of loss in my life, he guided me with his wisdom and care.
Whenever I was downtown, I would stop at his office and say hello. I met him when I was a child and my father would take me with him to the office. He was someone in my life who was stable, smart, and kind. He was my anchor for so many situations since I have no extended family. He was always there for me. He gave me courage. I shall miss him so very much at church, in his office, and in downtown Frankfort.
I told him once that I carried two cards in my purse: my doctor's card and his card. I told him that those two people were my heroes and could help me with my problems of one kind or the other. He laughed as he always did when he saw me at his door. I did appear with some unique problems. I shall miss him so much. He was my friend.
I will tell myself that he is out of town fishing. I loved his fishing stories. I shall miss those stories too.
