Lou Jean was one of my very first friends when moving to Kentucky 28 years ago. I was a new teacher, she was excited because I was a drummer as was her son Jeff. We taught together for many years. My son considers her his favorite teacher. We were both team leaders. She would do the student scheduling and it was always funny that students with harder names would always end up on my team. These were the Veerasethakuls, Chakriborties, that proved to be amazing students. lol! I loved her a lot..
If we did not have a family vacation planned with multiple families involved I would be there. I hope someone sees this and knows I am thinking of them and know what a loss this is. She was wonderful.
