Obituary of Keyan Rapheal Wickers

Keyan Rapheal Wickers, 18, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016. Born in Frankfort on March 1, 1998, Keyan was the son of Kennedy Ronald and Heather Crystal Counts Wickers. He is survived by two sisters, Kayara and Kaniyah; four brothers, Kennedy, Kurtis, Kisaiah, and Kalijah; a great-grandmother; grandparents; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by a grandfather. Keyan was homeschooled and was a former member of the Civil Air Patrol. He loved hanging out with his friends and being outdoors, whether he was walking everywhere he went, dirt biking, or going to the beach. He enjoyed playing his bass guitar, listening to music, and watching movies, and also debating life through deep conversation. Services will be held at the First Corinthian Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday with visitation preceding at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ via youcaring.com: At only 18, Keyan died suddenly in a boating accident on the Kentucky River Monday, June 20.
