Cheryl S. "Cheri" Glenn, 56, wife of Steve Glenn of Frankfort, died unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Cheri was born on January 26, 1957, in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
After growing up in Scranton, Cheri moved to the Florida Keys, where she met and married the love of her life, Steve Glenn, and moved to his hometown of Frankfort. Cheri and Steve were married for 28 years, and enjoyed a marriage filled with love, laughter, and a wide circle of close friends. Cheri had a particularly special group of friends, the "WIMPS", and she always looked forward to their gatherings, travels, and the mutual support they gave one another.
Cheri was retired from Citizens Security Life Insurance, where she supervised the Underwriting Department. Throughout her life, she enjoyed traveling, gardening, and making crafts. She was deeply passionate about dogs, and will be sadly missed by Sunny and Trooper.
In addition to her husband, Cheri is survived by her mother, Anne Senich, and her brothers, Bobby Senich and Joe Senich (Dora), all of Ft. Meyers, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Senich, also of Ft. Meyers, and her brother, Bucky Senich, of Salina, Kansas.
