To Mark's family: Please accept my love and prayers that The Lord may comfort you in your loss. I knew Mark since school in East Bank, and attended church with his family there. I took over Mark's paper route when I was a boy, and later worked with him at Tom's market. Our paths crossed again 20 years later in Hopewell, VA when we both worked for Allied Signal. Our unique random encounters gave a whole new meaning to the phrase "it's a small world", and I am certain that we shall meet again on that glorious day to come.

Was shocked to read about Mark's death. We kids made a lot of good memories when our dads, Clarence & Eugene used to work & hang out together. The family will be in my thoughts & prayers. And my heart & love goes out to you all at this difficult time.

Everyone is deeply saddened on the sudden passing of Mark. He was a great boss and all of us who worked for him thought the world of him and will miss him very much. I know this is a difficult time for you, however, if it is any consolation, Mark was very much admired and respected.
Please extend our deepest sympathy to your wonderful family. May you all find the strength and courage to get through the days ahead.
Our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

My deepest condolences go out to your Family.
I had the privilege to be hired by Mark and work with him for the last 5 years in Xerox (India). He was such a great leader who was loved by our team across the globe for his vision, execution and genuineness. I will cherish all the wonderful moments that we had and he will certainly be missed greatly.
Our love and prayers go out to your family.

So saddened by Mark's passing. We lived in the same small town and went all through school together. He was my first "date" - the junior high spring dance - we were in 7th grade! He was always sweet and kind. I'm sure he was an amazing father. I will be keeping his family in my prayers. Rest in peace old friend.

Charlene, Jennifer, Jonathan, Jeremiah, Jacqueline, Clara and family,
There are no words to express the deep loss to which you are grieving.
Countless lives have been touched by Mark; your loving husband, faithful dad. Only eternity will tell his 'real' and 'whole' story. Mark was an amazing man; still is. Might I remind you, He is very much alive; only traded in this world for the promise to us all who believe.
His eternal glory has surpassed anything we know or comprehend here on this earthly journey. Things like this, come so unexpectedly; it is painful. There are many standing with you during this incredibly difficult hour.
The promises of God refresh us by His Spirit -so rarely understood- in light of this, the most difficult moment most likely of your family's lives together.
He loved you - beyond words. He was a man of integrity, faith, wisdom, with a great sense of humor, I might add, and ...deeply caring. You have a rich heritage he has provided you. May you find strength in the Lord our God; & hold your heads high in honor of the King and of your Dad's faithful race. You will always remember him and have him with you in your hearts.
Our genuine Love and prayers are with each of you,
Pastor Joe and Renee
