This would have been an emotional day for Wallace Kent. I can't count the times my Dad told me that he didn't know what he would do without the support of folks like James McElmurray. Serving as trustee for all the years, Jim was always there for my Dad and CBC... any building maintenance issue no matter what the weather condition. Growing up at CBC I would often go with Dad to meet Jim at the church to check out plumbing leaks, survey HVAC problems, trouble shoot boiler room issues, to do snow removal to just name a few. Jim was there with my Dad serving the needs of the church behind the scenes for so many years, doing what ever needed to be done so that services could carry on. I'm truly grateful for the life of Jim McElmurray and what he meant to my Dad for so many years. He was one of those rare individuals who come along every once in a while and I'm grateful that his he crossed paths with my Dad.
