Lois Joan Crowe, 75, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023.
Joan was born in Pikeville on January 16, 1948, the only daughter of the late Charles and Ellen Bertrand, and was the widow of Winford "Bert" Crowe.
Along with her parents and husband, Joan was also preceded in death by her brothers Ed, Gene, and Jim Bertrand.
Survivors include her brothers, Larry and Andy Bertrand; neices Jade Bullen and Courtney Bertrand; nephew Jesse Bertrand; great-nephews and nieces Mikail (Jasmine) Mays, Nick Mays, Abigail Bullen, Gabriella Bullen, and Isaac Bertrand; and her beloved dog Coonie.
Joan was dearly loved by those who were blessed to know her ❤️ She liked to work puzzles, craft, sew and read; and she enjoyed visiting close family and spoiling the kids. She collected M&M memorabilia and liked the red truck print, and she loved to play Christmas gift shenanigans and to shop for deals.
The family will hold a private interment service at the Donnie G. Randall Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Stanton.
